Helping Businesses Plan to Stay in Business

PREPARE & PLAN FOR A GREAT TODAY...& LOTS OF TOMORROWS

ContinuityWorks is here to support your efforts to be more smart and 'large and in charge' about how your business runs on a day-to-day basis, not just when something really bad happens. Though, then too.

Our approach is not disaster-reactive or even disaster avoidant (too much doom and gloom for our taste); it's pro-active and risk aware AND disaster responsive. Worrying about and planning for a worst-case scenario isn't much good if your business is struggling with operational challenges that could make it a worst-case scenario waiting to happen. We believe that by making your business more productive and efficient now, it will be more resilient tomorrow. Ask us how.

5 STEP PROCESS TO A KICK-A$$

BUSINESS CONTINUITY PROGRAM

ANALYZE

Plans have little value without practice. It's only by exercising a plan that you will discover if it is executable and likely to be effective during an real event or threat. The best time to refine your plans is BEFORE you need them.

ORGANIZE

Confirm leadership buy-in and commitment (even if that leader is you), select a framework, starting budget, and organizational structure that is right and right-sized for your business.

ANALYZE

A risk and impact analysis is what drives smart decisions about how to invest time, money, and resources. Know what can happen and how your business will be affected if what can happen, does!

STRATEGIZE

Not all risks and operational challenges are created equal. Some should be addressed immediately. Some may be addressed with plans. Some you may choose to accept with fingers crossed or consider beyond what is in scope for your business.

PLAN

While the plan is not THE thing, it's essential to have one or more and in writing! A great plan describes in reasonable detail how your business will respond to an interruption event, significant risk, or disaster. The planning PROCESS is what helps developing a culture of preparedness and resiliency.
